Luxury Parts Auto offers returns and refunds under the following conditions.

Eligibility for Returns

You may return items within 7 days if:

  • The item is unused and in original packaging
  • The item is not installed or damaged
  • The original invoice is provided

Non-Returnable Items

  • Electrical parts
  • Installed or used products
  • Custom-ordered or special-order items
  • Items damaged due to improper handling or installation

Refund Process

  • Refunds are issued after inspection
  • Refunds are processed to the original payment method
  • Processing time: 5–14 business days

Incorrect or Defective Items

If the delivered item is incorrect or defective, we will:

  • Replace the item, or
  • Offer a full refund
    subject to inspection and verification.

Return Shipping

  • Customer pays return shipping unless the item is defective or incorrect.
